How long does physician verification take?
Verification typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on registry response times and the completeness of your submitted credentials. You will receive email updates at each stage.
Can I submit a publication without a physician profile?
No. All publication submissions must be linked to a verified physician profile. The submitting author must hold verified credentials on GlobalDocsHub before a document can be indexed.
My journal is not currently indexed — can I still submit?
We index publications from journals recognised by DOAJ, PubMed, CrossRef, or equivalent academic databases. Contact us with the journal details and we will assess eligibility within 5 business days.
I found incorrect information about me on the platform. What should I do?
Contact us at [email protected] with your full name, the profile URL, and the specific inaccuracy. Under GDPR Article 16, we will correct inaccurate personal data within 30 days.
How do I delete my physician profile?
Send a formal deletion request to [email protected]. Note that while personal identifiers can be removed, cryptographic hashes of submitted documents are retained to preserve verification chain integrity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
